The Ghost Hive Umbrella IP License covers all pattern architectures, colorways, derivative implementations, and future HiveX-family developments. Inquiries are accepted from qualified defense contractors, government procurement agencies, and allied nation defense establishments.

Umbrella IP License
Ghost Hive Systems licenses its adaptive camouflage architectures under a single umbrella instrument that covers the full IP portfolio — pattern geometry, colorway specifications, manufacturing tolerances, and all derivative works. Licensees receive rights to produce, apply, and field the licensed architecture across all approved application domains.
The umbrella structure eliminates the need for separate per-product or per-application licenses. A single agreement covers HiveX Omega™, APEX-14™ A3, and all future HiveX-family architectures released during the license term, subject to the approved application scope.

Full rights to the hexagonal field geometry, fractal cellular structure, and non-periodic visual flow architecture.
OSNA 6+1 Colorway
Colorway specification including pigment tolerances, spectral reflectance targets, and near-infrared matching parameters.
Derivative Implementations
All substrate-specific adaptations, scale variants, and application-domain implementations derived from the licensed architecture.
Future HiveX-Family Architectures
Architectures released under the HiveX family designation during the license term, subject to approved application scope.
Manufacturing Specifications
Technical production specifications for textile, hard-surface, and netting substrate applications.
Quality Assurance Standards
GHS-defined QA protocols and acceptance criteria for licensed production runs.
